Payment timing

The first annual fee is charged when you apply. Thereafter, it is charged automatically each year based on the application date.

Provision of service

Instructions for the members-only app are normally sent by email within 15–30 minutes after payment. Calendars, talismans and other sacred items are delivered at the designated time each year.

Cancellation

You may request withdrawal at any time through the contact form. Future annual charges stop when the procedure is completed. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
