When you apply for prayers, amulets or other sacred items, or contact the Shrine, we may ask for information such as your name, date of birth, address, telephone number and email address.

- to provide information about prayers and events; and
- for matters incidental to the purposes above.

When an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the Shrine will respond promptly. We may withhold all or part of the information where disclosure could interfere with the performance of a rite or infringe the rights of another person.

If personal information held by the Shrine is incorrect, the individual may request correction or deletion in accordance with the Shrine’s procedures.

Except where otherwise provided by law or this Policy, the Shrine may revise this Policy without prior notice. A revised Policy takes effect when posted on this website.
